No I haven't gotten stuck in a Groundhog Day loop, I realize it's Saturday, but life happened yesterday, so all the goodies I picked up for Fifty Linden Fridays get shown to you today! Isn't that how things happen though? As soon as we think we have time to get something done, just when things start to slow down BOOM up jumps life to put a kink in the works. What you do when life throws these things at you that is important! Yesterday's adventure was full of so many lovely surprises that I had to show off a few of my favorites, along with new releases from Petit Chat for The Hidden Chapter and Indulge Temptation for TWE12VE!

Much like the Phoenix, the Aries woman rises from the ashes to burn brighter.

If you have ever been lucky enough (yes I am a bit biased) to be friends with an Aries, then you know they are a tad bit fiery, sometimes a little self absorbed (the Zodiac infant just finding their fingers and toes), occasionally a wee bit arrogant, fiercely loyal (sometimes to a fault), funny, quirky, very trustworthy, brutally honest, with a tender heart they wear on their sleeves. I am not afraid to throw out the negatives involved with my sign, as they are as much a part of my personality as are the positive qualities. One of the things I am known for, is trying something over and over again, expecting different results, usually when it comes to relationships. I will literally try anything and everything I know to attempt to "fix" what went wrong, even though most of the times, those things cannot be fixed, because a relationship involves two people. With some distance, I can look back now and see the faults of my past and realize that no matter how much you want something, it wasn't always meant to work out, which means there is nothing to "fix", if that makes sense. The past few years have been pretty dark and I literally have felt like everything was destroyed and that I was starting anew, this year. I feel like I have risen from the ashes of my past life to shine brighter in the new one that has found me. With Indulge Temptation's new release of the My Sign necklaces, the tone of this post was set, but I don't just think Aries women rise from the ashes, I think anyone can, I just loved the fire reference!

I have always loved the juxtaposition of high fashion with grungy, or industrial settings. With the fire reference I just had to seek out a location where I could do just that, and when I stumbled upon Junktown I absolutely fell in love with it! Finding your bliss

My brain is so scattered lately that I don't know whether I am coming or going, to be honest. I am in the middle of a move, trying to get organized for blogging again, working SL classes into my schedule, keeping the two teenage boys occupied, and trying to help the boyfriend with things since he works so hard during the days. I am not used to running around so much and I am having a hard time getting it all done when I am supposed to. Now I know other people lead these crazy ass lives, but for over a decade now with my illnesses I had kind of stopped going nonstop as it can bring on flare ups of my autoimmune diseases. Since neck surgery and my new relationship however, I seem to go go go all the time! The circles under my eyes are dark and every morning I wake in pain, but I am happy. It's amazing to me how different life looks when you are truly in a state of bliss. For the first time in a very long time I feel fulfilled in every area of my life, even though I don't have all I want, I do however have all I need. A loving partner, an amazing family, friends with beautiful souls, a roof over my head and a fledgling career I am excited about; what else could a girl ask for?! Well, in most cases, probably more jewelry, clothes, shoes and kitchen goodies, but that is a whole other story! I encourage everyone I know to find their blissful combination. Which means, find the things that when combined together make you happy. I didn't realize that the only thing I had been truly missing was a partner to share my life with; dreams, heartbreaks and successes; in that I found joy. I am not saying that without a partner I was incomplete, I am simply saying that being able to share my life with someone brings ME happiness, who knows, for you it could mean ending a partnership to head out on your own for a bit in search of your bliss. No matter who you are though, strive to find your peace as part of your plan for life, make it a goal, or if that isn't your style simply remind yourself every day to find your bliss, I promise it will be worth it, and your soul will thank you!
