Vogue's New Year New Trendsevents doors have been open for a few days and the fantastic array of new fashion trends and exclusive designs is calling your name! I have been absolutely blown away by the offerings from this round and just had to show off the leather from LIKE Designs and Facepalm!
I am so in love with every piece of this ensemble that I don't even know where to start, so I will just start at the top! Preptopia has a bunch of new releases in store and I just had to show off a couple of them! This fantastic belted fur vest comes in 4 different fur textures, and several options for the belt via HUD. The fit is perfect and the mesh doesn't break when you move. Since I was going to be outside, I tossed on the upper part of a bodysuit so I wasn't TOO cold! Matched the vest up with Preptopia'snew Skinny Jeans in Indigo as well. Which, the jeans are mesh and fit perfectly, even under the vest of the same size. I didn't have to go up a size in the vest over the jeans which is always a plus!
I have to say, the brand new Eloc skin from Center Ville, is GORGEOUS! The makeup is wonderfully detailed on the eyes, with the lips left pale, which I just adore. The skin is available in 4 tones with cleavage and brow options. Skins have Slink appliers for the hands and feet as well. Not sure about any other appliers right now, but hurry on over and check out the skins instore! I love the Rosalina hair from CaTwA. SL Vogue kicks off its next event, Arctic Blast, in two days, and there are so many amazing goodies for you to get your hands on! When I unpacked the "Mary" complete outfit from Addams Fashion, I almost squealed with delight. This ensemble is so perfectly me, I can't even begin to explain! If you have been following my blog for awhile, then you know I am a true Bohemian at heart, and when running around on the grid to shop or hang out with friends, that is usually how you will find me. The combination of shabby chic coat, tailored shirt and sweater with cuffed, well worn jeans epitomizes the "Boho" look for me. And of course, I just had to add this fabulous bag from Zenith, because I just HAD to add a fun pattern to the ensemble. I must admit I went on a hunt to find the perfect hair I had pictured in my mind to perfectly compliment this outfit and found my way to Catwa and the "Rosalina" hair. I just couldn't resist the "devil may care" feeling of this hair. The hair comes in several sizes, including those for Lola's and rigged and non-rigged bangs so you can adjust things to fit your head. I might have picked up a few other hairs while at Catwa, and reminded myself that it had been FAR too long since I had been in the store. Trust me when I say, my WANT folder from there is quite large now!

Again, I cannot say enough about the "Eva" skin at Uber, from Belleza. It is simply, perfect for me. The added intensity of the eyeliner and yet soft understated lips, makes this a skin that can transition depending on the makeup you add on. If you haven't made it over yet, you really should hurry!
I also happen to be wearing one of my favorite little gems from ReeA, "The Princess" tattoo, which is a $1L gifty on the Marketplace, so hurry before she changes her mind!
While I had a little down time before my events for the month started, I went out and did a little shopping for me! I happened to start at the Frozzen Fair and OH MY GOSH; There are little gifties all over the stores! Each one seemed to be from $1L to $5L's depending on the store and the item. On my adventure I peeked into the Ashmoot store and immediately had to pick up the Veronique exclusive, ALL of it!

The attention to detail with this outfit is fantastic! The tattoos are part of the ensemble and are tailored to fit with the corset top and pants perfectly. The tattoo on the tummy says, "Every day I fly away" over a feather and it is quite lovely. The baby wrapped in wings is part of that tattoo as well, so make note, both tattoos are 2 in one. The accessory pieces are also very well fitted to the outfit, I just had to add a few extra pieces that I adore! Deluxe Body Factory has released makeup for the Winter at Room69 and it is just gorgeous. It comes in 2 versions, one with blue lips and one with pink, as pictured here. ReeA Tattoos released these hand tattoos a bit ago, but I just LOVE them. The tattoos are for Slink hands and are on both sides of your hand, which is a great detail. I am a stickler for the details, after all. Not to mention the adorable heart on the finger as well. I am feeling a bit fierce tonight in this fantastic new release from Lush by CoCo currently at The Designer Showcase. The Furry Vest comes in 4 different textures and is ONLY 150L right now! The fit on the vest is perfect, and runs a little big which it is always nice to wiggle into a smaller size, now isn't it ladies?! I paired it up with the Silk Leggings from LRD's "Gossip" release currently at Sneak Peek because I just loved the look! And who wouldn't feel a bit fierce in Belleza's newest release, "Eva" at Uber. The selection of makeups to choose from almost made me go for the Fatpack for this skin, but unfortunately my Linden amount would not. So I picked up my favorite and I am a very happy girl!

One thing you can always count on in this life is change. No matter how much we try to avoid it or run from it, change is inevitable. Whether it be a friendship, a relationship or just the seasons. As I wandered through the grid yesterday, I realized that while I wasn't looking, change had once again happened all around me. The sims have turned from the gorgeous hues of Autumn to the cold, crisp tones of Winter. The stark landscapes illuminated by the lights from inside where hot cocoa is made and families gather to celebrate the changing of the seasons and the upcoming holidays. One thing that hasn't changed today though, is the fact that there are a number of events happening around the grid that you should go and check out!
Vogue's Fall Fest is in full swing, and if you haven't been by yet, you are missing an amazing shopping experience. The sim is decorated for the seasons with over 60 designers bringing you new and exclusive items through December 1st. INVADER offers up this adorable Bear Hoodie in a variety of colors, and textures for you to pick from, and of course I just fell in love with the "Panda" version! The hood fits perfectly over this hair, and I tried it with a few others and it is made quite well, leaving enough room for a lot of hairs to fit under it. And of course, YumZ has released the "Nikki Solid Leggings" for the Fall Fest as well, and they fit PURRfectly under the hoodie! I was quite pleased with the over all look, and just had to toss on my favorite "Cozies" socks from Reign to complete the outfit!

"The Last Flower" by Elska is available with a whole bunch of appliers currently at Sad November. The details are perfect on the hand and wrist and are faded without looking unnatural. Truly, my favorite tattoo I have found recently. If you haven't discovered Entwined Hair yet, then you are missing out on a wonderful new creator. Took a moment to bask in the fading light of the evening with a cup of hot cocoa at Nordan om Jordan.
