Those wonderfully long Arabian Nights - Featuring Bee Designs @ Enchantment

If you are all like me, the moment I hear the words "Arabian Nights", Robin Williams is suddenly singing in my head and I am once again caught up in the magic of Aladdin. It's not uncommon for me to randomly break out in song lyrics when situations or words come up, so I was not surprised by the Aladdin moment but tried to quickly move on, because, well, there is nothing Disneylike about this gorgeous new bedroom set from Bee Designs! In the end I found myself on a musical journey with Morfou and ended up indulging in the tunes for a bit, which I decided needed to be shared.

The current round of Enchantment opened on the 12th and will shut it's doors and sweep up the sidewalks on the 31st, which means you don't have much time left to head over to the event and check out the 1001 Arabian Nights themed event! Bee Designs has created the one of a kind Arabian Nights gacha set for the event, with 11 pieces in all, with 2 being Rare. Each piece is wonderfully designed with gorgeous textures that you just have to see to believe, and you will be amazed at the incredible attention to detail as well, making each piece a unique design on it's own, that is enhanced by the other pieces. Lots of Shiny Baubles!

Ever since I was a little girl a Christmas Tree had to have a ton of lights and sparkles on it or I wasn't happy.  I will confess that on a six foot tree, two thousand lights isn't enough and my electricity bill during the Holidays, when Jesse and I are home, will attest to that fact.  I mean everyone puts lights on their homes, and around their yards and inside their houses with all kinds of pretty sparkling baubles, so why not make sure the tree is the brightest and most impressive of the displays?  Since we won't be putting a tree up at home this year I decided to put a very bright and glittery tree up to satisfy my need.

If you are lacking decorations for the Holidays then this is the perfect time to head out shopping on the grid as there are several themed events happening at the moment, and as you can tell I hit them all up pretty hard!  The Tannenbaum Holiday Market has been open for a bit and is worth the visit just to wander around, as the venue is well decorated with lots of little attractions, and of course a gacha area as well.  And if you have been looking for a way to give a little back this season then head on over to the SL 2015 Christmas Expo, a Relay for Life production where some or all of the proceeds from certain vendors will go to benefit the American Cancer Society through Relay for Life.  The event covers 4 sims with several stages featuring performing artists so make sure to check out the website listed below for all the details and event schedule.  One of the things I am glad to see this year is the numerous creators with ornament gachas at the events!  I like to decorate my own tree since it's about as crazy as the rest of my decorating, so I loved being able to combine styles and to show off all the little goodies.  I hope I inspired you to have a little more Holiday spirit and that you are planning on doing some shopping in the next few days at Tannenbaum and the SL 2015 Christmas Expo!
