Even a sinner stops to pray from time to time - Featuring Petit Chat, Moondance Boutique and more!

Earlier this week I went for my mammogram and once again they scheduled the 3D mammogram for today, and discussions between the Radiologist and the surgeon have already started, which of course has me a little pensive. Whenever that happens a certain song starts to roll through my head; so since I don't have much to say at the moment I thought I would share it with you, because as I have come to know, even a sinner stops to pray from time to time.

Say you won't let go - Featuring Marquesse, Powder Pack, SlackGirl, Pink Fuel, Izzie's

Lately I have been starting to walk/hike again and it seems that everyday I want to be outside more and more, making my journeys longer, which has me feeling better than I have in months. Whether a short walk after dinner, or a few miles in the morning or a weekend adventure, I have been enjoying Spring as it starts to blanket the mountains of Arizona. While the mountains are still crowned in snow, down below the trees are in bloom and wild flowers are starting to peek their heads above the soil, and it is a perfect time to be out and about. The desire for fluffy green grass and flowers has translated to a complete transformation of my land, including a completely empty home, since it seems I have no desire to be inside on SL as well as in my RL, but it does happen to give me a space to take photos, and that makes me quite happy! As I was unpacking my newest goodies I came across this adorable new dress from [Marquesse] for Fashion Dazzle, with the wonderfully constructed and textured Butterfly heels, the ensemble is perfect for those Spring days out on the grid.

The Butterfly dress from [Marquesse] is just plain adorable and is wonderfully constructed as well. The dress comes in a variety of colors at Fashion Dazzle, with matching shoes available at Shoe-ddiction, so make sure you stop by both events and pick up yours today, and while there I have a feeling you will be doing some other shopping, so keep those Lindens out!

One of the things I love the most about makeup on Second Life is the fact that it can change your appearance by so much, that if you have a wide variety, you rarely need more than a couple skins. Today is a perfect example! I have been raving about the Powder Pack, LeLutka addition and this post will be no different. SlackGirl has three new releases for the pack and I am completely in LOVE with each one, including the Smokelady shadow I am wearing here. Each shadow and liner are expertly created with gorgeous colors and an exceptional attention to detail. They blend well and the colors are to die for, as are the Nude Glosses from Pink Fuel. They come in a wide variety of shades to choose from from light to dark and all the shades in between, so do yourself a favor and head by the Powder Pack location and pick yourself up one of the packs for either Catwa or LeLutka, trust me you will NOT be disappointed!

Not sure these boots were the right choice for a ride, but I am sure to get some attention! - Marquesse, Level Up!, Salacity

Today is one of the few days I have had time to be at the computer enough to do two blog posts, and of course that has nothing to do with it being the end of the month, and again I am behind. Beginning to think I need to drop a few sponsors as I continue to deal without having net at home and having to commute into town to blog. Which of course is the last thing I want to do, since I spent years getting to where I was happy with who I was blogging for etc., but it seems to be something I am going to have to do, since I feel like I am letting so many people down along the way. Including the amazing creators of Marquesse, who I happen to have not gotten to blog much of in the past couple of months, and I feel I have neglected them, so today I wanted to show off the exclusive release for the Women's Stuff Hunt which begins April 1st.

Feeling a bit rebellious? Love to show off those assets? The jacket, shorts and boots are exclusively for the Maitreya body, so make sure you know what you are grabbing before spending the time looking for the item in the store. I will say though, I have on my Slink Feet and the boots fit over them perfectly as well as over my Maitreya thighs, which means I was quite pleased! Though this doesn't exactly fit my normal style, but it is always fun to put on a bit of a character and think about what they would be doing! And I think Jade is about to venture out onto the grid in this revealing ensemble to get some attention, so if this fits into your life, do yourself a favor and head over and grab yours!

It would be impossible for Jade to head out on a ride if this adorable bike hadn't been created by Salacity poses! Happy Valentine's Day - featuring Marquesse, Noodles, No.Match, Empyrean Forge, Virtual Diva, ClaVv, The Epiphany

Today is one of those days I absolutely despised when I was single because it made me feel a little left out I guess. This year, though not single, I have come to discover that today is just another day if you happen to be in a relationship where you are consistently showing your significant other how you feel. The boyfriend and I just celebrated 9 months together last week, and like all the other months before hand, we exchanged cards, had dinner and reminded each other why we fell in love in the first place. So when the sun rose this morning on this day of love I simply said, "Good Morning," because for us, it is just another day. I might have picked up something different for dinner tonight, and I might have picked up a card sometime earlier this month just because I liked what it had to say, but for the most part Valentine's Day is every day in my life, and it should be for you too. No one should ever have to worry about where they stand in a relationship, they should know every day by the gestures that are made. Whether it's simply walking around to open the car door for you when going out for groceries, or picking up your favorite soda when your stomach is upset, or getting up early to take the car into the shop so you don't have to. These are the simply things, the little things that matter the most, not some grand gesture thought of at the last minute because someone reminded you it's Valentine's Day. If you truly love the one you are with, then show them that for you, every day is Valentine's Day because you are blessed to have them in your life.

The dress is very well made with a lovely, plunging neckline that is sure to distract that special someone this evening. The dress comes in three colors with matching boot styled heels which happen to bring this ensemble together quite nicely, especially with the thigh baring slit that shows off the gorgeous shoes made to accompany the dress. The beading along the bodice and straps is wonderful, adding a bit of sparkle to this elegantly draped gown. I spent a bit of time accessorizing this gown because I didn't want anything to overpower the look so I was thrilled when I stumbled upon this delicate new necklace combination from Noodles, available at Cosmopolitan. The necklace HUD allows you to change the pieces to match your ensemble, so hurry on over and pick yours up, I promise you won't be disappointed! And if you happen to be a lover of Empyrean Forge, then hurry to FaMESHed to see the newest pieces. The Fortuna Collection comes with a wide variety of pieces, but I fell in love with the bracelets, and since my jewelry box is overflowing, I didn't splurge on the whole set, at least not yet! There are two bracelets in each pack, making them incredibly versatile, especially after you start playing with the HUD to create your own look!

With my return and the introduction of BENTO, you can imagine I have been spending hours up on the platform tweaking the sliders to get the perfect look. I discovered that with different appliers, the same face can look incredibly different! I happen to stop by DeeTaleZ quite often to see what has been moved into the sale area and I was tickled pink to see the Angel applier from earlier in 2016 has made it to the sale room and for only 850L I picked up another skin, and I absolutely ADORE it! The Dark Angel - featuring Marquesse

For months now the chances to do a bit of fantasy blogging seem to come few and far between, and I truly miss getting to step outside my comfort zone to do something a little bit different. When I returned I got a lovely message asking me to return to blogging for Marquesse, which has expanded to a team of designers, meaning you get three brilliant minds to bring you fabulous designs, like this gorgeous new fantasy lingerie set. The Angel collection debuted last week at the Whispers of the Night fashion show. You will not be disappointed in this ensemble with it's incredible attention to detail and the multiple pieces completing the final look.
