Hello Darling, welcome to my Dungeon

In the darkest hours of the nights every so often a young, virile male disappears almost into thin air.  The only thing left behind is usually a report of the sound of wings on the air.  But what could steal these men into the night?  You can call her a Succubus if it suits you; or perhaps you have another name for the sensual demon who steals the souls of young men, but she prefers Maleficient.  You have read stories and seen movies that have twisted her story but if you peek behind the darkest doors you will find the secret no man wanted to share.  All men have a weakness and Maleficent will find it, no matter how hard they try to avoid her snare.  Her newest victim sit waiting as she calls upon the malevolent spirits she believes to be her Gods.  She hasn't decided what she would like tonight.  An evening of hedonistic desire followed by his slow and painful death or if she simply wants to end his life and move on to the next hunt.  With a flick of her wings she awakens her prey, tilting her head to the side with a wicked grin she whispers into his ear, "Hello Darling, welcome to my Dungeon."

The credit company called and apparently I am going to need those hooker heels

It is one of those months where half of my luck is good and the other half is well, bordering on somewhere between crappy and abysmal.  Which I guess is kind of par for the course as of late.  As I was browsing through a favorite page on facebook today I found this little meme that made me laugh much louder than I probably should have, " My credit report said,"return everything you just bought, except the hooker heels...you're going to need those."  If you are like me, then this rings true at some point in your life.  Lucky for all of you NoName has FABULOUS new shoes as a group gift for you to pick up, and check out this amazing new jacket and tank combo for SLF&O group, which means you won't have to be hanging on the street corner contemplating a new lifestyle anytime soon!

I have been up at the computer the last few days more than I have been in awhile and my back and neck are letting me know today which means I am a little short for words today.  But I have noticed lately that couples just don't seem to talk to each other like they should, or like they used to.  The common day banter has become less respectful and the term "my bitch" is used so very much and it really does bother me.  I wonder if they talk to their Mom's like that, or what they would say if someone spoke to their daughter the way they talk to the women they love.  So today I thought I would share a song that is dear to my heart and one my son knows very well too.  Hopefully that means I won't have to kick him for being disrespectful in the way he addresses the women in his life as he gets older.  I also wanted to remind everyone that Apply Me only has 5 days left for you to run over and grab new group gifts and some of the hottest pieces on the grid for all your mesh needs, including this wonderful new creation from Xxxstasi.

It's All in the Details

This past Saturday happened to be my real life birthday and when I logged in, I found a stack of boxes from my wonderful best friend who managed to hit the Tag! Gacha Event and grab me lots of goodies, including this absolutely STUNNING ensemble from Les Petits Details, including the Rare and Mystery prize!  I won't give that away quite yet, but count on another post before Wednesday that will let you have a peek!  LpD never disappoints when it comes to attention to detail.  Every piece of the "Circus" gacha is well thought out and designed, making every piece a MUST HAVE for your Spring and Summer 2015 wardrobe.  I might have given her a tiny wishlist though for the event, which of course included this GORGEOUS new hair from Olive!

"The Darling" hair from Olive comes in wide variety of color packs to choose from, including the Dark Fades, which happen to include a few dark blonds, as pictured here.  I love the classic, Hollywood style of this hair, especially during the more revealing times of the year.  Do yourself a favor and make sure to head on out and check out the Tag!  The House blazed with life and color; harlequins rang by with belled caps and white mice danced miniature quadrilles to the music of dwarfs who tickled tiny fiddles with tiny bows, and flags rippled from scorched beams while bats flew in clouds about gargoyle mouths which spouted down wine, cool, wild and foaming.

A creek wandered through the seven rooms of the masked ball. Guests sipped and found it to be sherry. Guests poured from the booths, transformed from one age into another, their faces covered with dominoes, the very act of putting on a mask revoking all their licenses  to pick a quarrel with fantasy and horror. The women swept about in red gowns, laughing. The men danced them attendance.

And on the walls were shadows with no people to throw them, and here or there were mirrors in which no image showed.  "All of us vampires!" laughed Mr. Fletcher.  "Dead!

As she wandered along the glistening corridors, sipping the blood red Sherry from a crystalline glass, the golden room caught her attention.  The way the lights danced about the room, almost playing tricks on here eyes; as if the room were filled with a hundred souls, not just the scattered few who milled about the room.  She swore she heard someone whisper the word "death" but then again, she had heard all kinds of things whispered tonight.  Placing her mask to her face; the exquisite details becoming clearer as she stepped to the mirror.  The delicate skull, luxurious fabrics, and what quite possibly, could be bone.  Leaning in closer to get a better look her heart stopping suddenly as the mask falls from her hand; her delicate fingers fumbling towards the mirror; seemingly searching for herself,  she realizes she too has become one with the Court of the Dead.

Reindeer Games

 Winter is upon us, and apparently, the Reindeer are feeling like playing!  So how about you come and join in my Reindeer Games with Awear for SL Vogue's Arctic Blast!  The "Sexy Santa" outfit from Awear is one of several exclusives available for the duration for the event.  It comes with a Reindeer with poses, one without, and also the poses by themselves.

Indian Summer
