No I haven't gotten stuck in a Groundhog Day loop, I realize it's Saturday, but life happened yesterday, so all the goodies I picked up for Fifty Linden Fridays get shown to you today! Isn't that how things happen though? As soon as we think we have time to get something done, just when things start to slow down BOOM up jumps life to put a kink in the works. What you do when life throws these things at you that is important! Yesterday's adventure was full of so many lovely surprises that I had to show off a few of my favorites, along with new releases from Petit Chat for The Hidden Chapter and Indulge Temptation for TWE12VE!

As my readers know, I love the classic fashions that make you think of Audrey Hepburn and the days of the true glitz and glamour of Hollywood, and this GORGEOUS design from Pixicat takes me back to those days and I LOVE the curve hugging design and the Silver, that was up for FLF yesterday, is my favorite, and it happens to go fabulously with new releases from Indulge Temptation (IT!) and Petit Chat!

For the past couple of weeks it feels like I have had very little time to recharge my batteries with all the running around for the boys and I for doctors and insurance, and trying to coordinate the work on our home, which is STILL in complete disarray.  The four of us have been sharing a bathroom now since the beginning of June and we are all starting to get a bit tired of each other with all the waiting and bathroom schedule that should probably be hung on the fridge.  When I have had any time at all, I have disappeared into blog posts and music as a bit of a "calgon" escape, but in all honesty it's just not enough.  I am sure the boyfriend feels the same as all he has done is work from sun up til sun down recently with everything we have going on, and I know our minds keep returning to our vacation in June and wishing we could once again runaway for a few days.  When everything gets hectic and you don't even seem to have time to do the simplest things, you sometimes just have to MAKE the time to relax and unwind, because if you don't, the stress can become overwhelming.  So today I have had Corinne Bailey Ray playing through the speakers a bit loudly and I can feel the weight of my world finally starting to lift from my shoulders.  So do yourself a favor today, and put your records on and play your favorite tune.

I have to be honest when I say that I had not originally intended to blog this ensemble since it immediately went into the "Jadey Daily" folder as it perfectly fits the mood I was attempting to put myself into, but I just couldn't resist since it consists of brand new goodies from some of the top up and coming designers on the grid, as well as some of your favorite go to creators.  Over the past couple of months I have been impressed with the releases from Desmonia and I was completely  blown away with this new Boho ensemble for Glam Couture, which ends today.  The incredible HUD gives you lots of choices in colors and design for the top and skirt, meaning you are sure to find the perfect one to fit your mood!  And OMG check out this tattoo from Lush!  The Dream Catchers tattoo runs along the whole body, back and front with amazing Native influenced designs, including a beautiful dream catcher in the center of the back.  This is definitely a MUST have addition to your skin art collection so hurry on over to Twe12ve to pick it up before the event ends.  And of course, Truth has again added a hair that I just HAD to have!  It comes with a styling HUD as well as a hat making it incredibly versatile!  So if you are looking to relax in boho style hurry off and grab these pieces and join me in couture relaxation!
