My Vogue Valentine's opened on the 14th and if you haven't taken a stroll to check out the goodies then you are truly missing out.  Deceitful Innocence has become a creator I get excited about every time I see a new release.  The combinations in the ensembles is always perfect with an amazing attention to detail and the "Cupid's Assassin," one of the new and exclusive releases for the event, is no exception.  The ensemble is complete from head to to with the hair, jacket, shorts, boots and bow pack.  The bow is not a weapon, it is a gorgeous backup with the bow and arrows attached.

The boots fit perfectly and are also available for purchase alone at the event with a color change hud to make them any color you would like, as it is an RGB HUD.  Check out the detailing of the skull on the bottom of the jacket, its just a wonderful added extra that makes this outfit perfect.  The With Love Fair still continues and if you haven't made it by, you really should hurry.  Lots of stores have gifts between $0 - $1L and well worth the trip alone.  But one of my favorite offerings is the gorgeous, hand-crafted necklace/collar from Tabou Irrestibile only available at the event.  Each one comes in a variety of colors for the straps and two styles of necklace.  Go grab yours today before it's too late!

Deceitful Innocence

Deceitful Innocence, what a wonderful store name, conjures so many images in the mind.  And then when I unpacked the box the image was complete and I was delighted to get to put together a rather "Lolita-esque" ensemble!  The "Arctic Cutie Coat" is currently an EXCLUSIVE at Arctic Blast, from SL Vogue.  The fit on this dress is absolutely perfect, with no breaking in any of my posing, which of course is always a plus in my book!  The 1950'sish Powder Blue Coat with Lace and Frills is expertly detailed with an attention to great detail in the textures.  But, the name of the store inspired the rest of the ensemble.

I just HAD to pull out these FANTASTIC boots I picked up at Frozzen, from Shey.  The fit is amazing on these boots for Slink High feet, and the HUD is just INSANE!  I am pretty sure I counted at least 30 different color combinations and I haven't been this happy with a personal purchase in a very long time!  So hurry on over and grab your own!    Did you SEE those adorable butterflies?!  Alchemist has a Gacha at Arctic Blast so make sure to drop by, because these butterflies are truly a gorgeous creation.  They come in 2 varieties, Fractal and non, with the Fractal pictured here.  Arctic Blast runs from TODAY until the first week in January, so don't wait too long or you will miss out!  And to top the whole thing off the delicately detailed, but stunning "Angelica" skin, from Glam Affair and one of my all time favorite hairs from Truth from the September round of The Arcade!  This is the Rare Sushi version, obviously MINUS the Sushi and Sakura flowers.  If you happen upon this hair at a yardsale, grab one!

Last Rays of Dusk

As the light crosses the horizon, prisms cascade across the landscape while the soft breeze on the air warns of the chill to come once the sun is gone.  But to bask in those last few rays of light of the day, to absorb the warmth and to take a moment to just breathe, is to truly bask in Mother Nature's glory.  In the midst of the chaos daily life can throw at us, it is very important to always remember to STOP and BREATHE, and tonight I took you all with me.  I recently ran across a destination blog that sent me on an adventure and as the sun set, the perfect place came into view to snap a few pics of this fantastic outfit from Deceitful Innocence, new at Vogue Fall Fest!

I love the line and fit of this, as it seems to cover more than most, making it a very classy dress.  The heels, with their little skulls give an added edge to this fit that I think is quite brilliant and which helped inspire me to find a location that fit the "Grunge Couture" look I was going for.  Hope you all enjoy!  Make sure to wander by Vogue Fall Fest as there are over 60 participating creators with exclusive and new releases for the event, as well as each vendor has provided a gift for no more than $10L!
