Topazia - Peace on Earth

I am so excited to say I have been accepted into We Love to Blog and this is my first post!  Going through and grabbing all my new goodies I happened upon this gown from Topazia for The Peace on Earth Hunt, called "Miss Dove."  The corset and panties can be worn alone, or with the attachments, and the hat is just perfect.  The corset fits quite well and didn't break as I posed.  Which of course is always a plus!  The doves are also part of the outfit making it an absolutely wonderful ensemble for taking photos in your favorite Winter spot.

I also had the pleasure of unpacking a skin and shapes from L'Anguisette and getting to talk to the creator for a little bit.  I love this skin, and though the shape started out a bit too curvy for me, with the ability to modify, I quickly had the shape I love with only a few minor adjustments.  The Asian inspired skin is uniquely and wonderfully detailed.  I will be taking a stroll on over to the store to check out what other goodies I can get my hands on!

Waiting for Night to Fall

And, I'm BACK, after an unexpected month long absence. Hope you didn't all miss me too terribly much!  Before I left, I found my way into The Chapter Four, The Fantasy Gacha, FaMeshed and managed to make it back in time for Collabor88, Uber and the Metallique Fair at L'Accessoires!  So let's just call this an event post for August and the start of September, shall we? 

Fall is in the air at this round of Uber as you can tell by this amazing fuzzy sweater, and "leggings" from Emery, which look like nice leather pants to me.  The meshes for both pieces are great and I didn't have to make a change to my shape, which by now, everyone knows I LOVE to not have to alter my size or appearance.   Collabor88's newest round had a Goddess theme, and I was not disappointed in the offerings this time around.  DeeTalez released a version of the Faith skin for the event, and I loved the makeup that has been added to give this a unique feel and look.

Hucci never lets me down with shoes, and I do believe I own almost everything they have released.  The Naxos heels released for Collab are truly unique and amazing!  I love the metallic leaves along the foot and ankle, leading to a very sleek and sexy look, whether in long pants, or a short skirt.

Cae has been releasing some pretty amazing pieces of jewelry at the last few rounds of events, and if you haven't caught a glimpse of their things, RUN to the store and pick up some new baubles.  I fell in love with this moon and star set featured at last months FaMeshed and was looking forward to showing you all before the event closed; however my absence made it a little hard to do it while they were still at the event.  Check their mainstore for this piece and other magnificent jewelry!  Mixed in with a couple other simple, but elegant pieces, this became the perfect "Date Night" outfit for a late summer, early fall night.  Now, as I wait on the boardwalk for the sun to set, and the night to set in, all I need is someone tall, dark and handsome to whisk me away for a night on the town!

The Razor's Edge

In the shadows, she dances on the razor's edge.  Constantly flirting with danger in an endless dance of mystery and darkness; pain and solitude.   Her eyes glancing forever over her shoulder, watching and waiting.

Last night, wandering with my best friend, while doing a bit of retail therapy at Razor, I picked up these amazing boots and this fantastic outfit!  I love the fit on the Ring Leader outfit, even though, no alpha and no panties, might take a bit to get used to, for me.  It is super sexy, expertly detailed and even when you move around, none of your pink parts peek through!  I just HAD to grab the Envy boots while I was there as well, because the HUD is just AMAZING!  I went with the basic black for this outfit, but the color combinations Razor offers are sure to keep almost anyone happy!  

 

Now, Suicide Dolls is wrapping up their latest round with a new one starting this weekend, and 7mad;Ravens will be bringing you a new original mesh guillotine necklace, that comes in two versions; bloody and not.  Pictured here is the bloody version and the necklace is perfectly done.  From the slight glint on the blade to well placed blood, this necklace is awesome!  So make sure to run down this weekend or during the week and grab yours!  I have a feeling some of you missed the Saturday Sale, which means you missed these cuffs from heathenesque.  The brute cuffs come in a variety of colors and are a perfect, chunky cuff that can go with your heaviest industrial looks, to casual jeans and t's! Candied Angel

OH MY GACHA!!!!  Has opened in the last few days and I finally made my way in during one of my nights of insomnia lately and well, OH MY GACHA!  I might have gone a bit nuts, but so many adorable things!!  And, after getting my pick of rares from the machines I wanted, I was one very happy girl!  I quickly ran home and put together outfits featuring my favorite pieces, and the first thing I had to show were my Archangel NeonWings from 7mad;Ravens and the Rare Lover Girl outfit from 1Hundred.

7mad has blown me away with these wings that come in a flicker and non-flicker option, including an almost spooky, neon, sizzle sound when you have on the flicker version.  These are the Archangel, and they do have a resizer so you can adjust them to fit your shape!  All of the wings in the machine are an original mesh from 7mad and are truly a one of a kind find!  So make sure and stop by and grab a few pairs for yourself!

I think I might have played the 1Hundred machine three times before I squeed at the arrival of the Rare in Fuschia and Lilac, after all they are two of my favorite colors!  Just adorable and it comes with every applier you could possibly want!  I decided to just adjust my shape a bit and go with the standard version with no appliers.  I then had to run off to Cannibelle and grab these stockings, as the outfit doesn't come with them.  They stockings are an amazing deal by the way, $95L for black, nude, and white in sheer and not versions.   And last but not least, the perfect shoes!  Hucci's Jacmel pumps came in the perfect color, Radiant Orchid for this outfit, plus I love the style of this shoe.  It comes in pretty much every color you could ever need!  Finished off with piercings from Cute Poison, and The Candied Angel was complete!  Yes, this hair from Wasabi is anciet, but it was perfect for the outfit!

She's Gone Retro!

As the clock was running down to when Collabor88 was closing its doors, I made a last minute dash since I had somehow managed to not make it in the whole month of May.  Very quickly I discovered a very retro '50's inspired round.  If you happen to see this before the 8th then run in and grab yourself a few pretties, if not, then visit the stores to see if they have the items up for sale yet!  As soon as I spotted this tied shirt and pants combo from Tee*fy I knew exactly the outfit I would be creating!  The shirt fits amazingly well, and I LOVE the very classic cut of these pants which reminded me of the pictures I have of my mother back in the day.

Worth the Hunt

Happy Friday!!  As promised, here is another dazzling jewel tucked away in the boxes from The Cotton Candy Hunt!

This cute spring dress from Beautiful Dangerous is absolutely adorable on!  I didn't have to change my shape in the slightest and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with this mesh.  Very nice to take pictures and not have to worry about the never ending void caused by alphas.  This dress is tucked and wrapped underneath and I found this to be a great detail, considering how short it is!!!

I know I have been babbling about the hunt, but make sure to check out the other events happening on the grid right now as well!  The Chapter Four is having a birthday party, and as such, there are cute little gift boxes dotting the displays.  I love the cupcake ring by Atomic, so whimsical and fitting for the occasion!  The rest of my accessories can be found scattered between We <3 RP and FameShed.  I fell in love with this hair from Mina, one of my general go-to hair designers, at The Chapter Four.  Braids can have a tendency to look juvenile or childish, and the loose, carefree style of this hair keeps it from being too cutesy!

Caught Dreaming

Last month on one of the various and assorted hunts a friend of mine were on, we made our way into Dead Dollz, and what I found there blew me away.  Now, I love my casual, flowing skirts, and blouses, however.... I am a sucker for a pretty dress and a reason to wear it!

I fell in love with so many of the designs from the store, but this dress caught my eye and was a MUST have in my closet!  Not to mention, it goes perfectly with the sandals from Hucci.  The sandals were the 21st Shoe Special in March, but take a look around in the store for the other colors!!!

Happy Saturday to everyone!  Hope everyone had a wonderfully wicked week!  The shopping on SL for the last 12 days has been CRAZY!!!  With all of the events it is hard to keep track of where you have been and where you want to go, and what items you missed  My inventory looks like a tornado hit it!  But for this beautiful Spring day I had to share my find from Sassy at The 100 Block. I have really liked this dress mesh, and all the styles Sassy has it available in, but this combination is truly my favorite.  It made me want to go take a stroll through the tulips, or well, to hang from a chair....! Feeling very flirty and whimsical!  The romantic feel of this dress goes quite nicely with the Truth April hair, and Hucci Vinnitsa Sandals, both available at Collabor88.

Spring has Sprung!!

     Well, it has been officially Spring for a bit now, but the little bug has finally bitten me!  Spring has come even to the high country here in Arizona now and the landscape is transforming before my eyes.  I decided to head on over to the Cosmopolitan Sales Room to see what they had out for Spring and I was NOT disappointed.  Matter of fact, quite the opposite.  Joining the group brings a couple of free gifts, including a pretty funky set of new shoes!  So make sure to drop by and check them out.  Please venture outside the main store, as their is MAGIC out there!  Many of the shops at the Mall participate in Happy Tuesday, which just happens to be tomorrow....so get to hoppin!  Most stores have a discounted item in front of their stores like a Sidewalk Sale, and they are well worth a look.  Happy Hunting and don't look now....but I think I just spotted a very adorable BUNNY!!!!
